3. Reservations & Events

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
For event cancellations, refunds will be issued in accordance with the event’s specific cancellation policy.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Visitors assume all risks associated with their visit, including walking on uneven terrain, tasting wine, and participating in activities.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
