Valentine’s Petite Pairing

Opposites Attract here at Laird Family Estate

For Valentine’s week, 2/14 – 2/18, you can add on a petite food and wine pairing to your scheduled wine tasting experience.

One of the bites is prosciutto wrapped burrata di bufala with a fresh fruit compote paired with our Sparkling Brut Rosé (a wine that is normally reserved for wine club members).

The other bite is Barely Buzzed espresso coated cheddar cheese and a Le Belge chocolate truffle paired with our 2011 Mast Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon (a library wine from the vault).
