Tasting Notes:
Named after Ken Laird’s granddaughter, this dark red-violet wine is just as complex and fun as little Jillian herself. The pronounced nose, reminiscent of black cherry, candied plum, and vanilla, is rounded off with a potpourri of blackberry, licorice, chocolate and spice on the palate, while soft tannins compliment the long finish.
